Data Entry / Assist Bookkeeper

SUMMARY:

Data Entry, Receptionist, Light Typing, Copying

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keypunch client data in AXIUM software, answer telephone, copying, payroll tax return preparation, filing, other clerical and bookkeeping duties as assigned.

COMPENSATION:

Offer based on qualifications and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Pleasant telephone voice, well groomed, ability to interface with business owners, professional in appearance and attitude, high school degree required, bookkeeping and or accounting classes a plus, able to work overtime as needed.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS:

Professional in appearance and attitude.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

As expected in any CPA firm.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

Small CPA firm with 4 employees.
